this gift is for the ladies. i found these in sweden in a very random, cool store. i cannot remember the name of it, however. they aren't functional as far as warming up your feet, but they are fun and add a little something to an outfit. in a mild climate like las vegas where you don't need thick tights, these come in handy.
i couldn't find them online, but if you looked hard enough, i'm sure you could locate them.
